At Executive Transportation, we do understand the corporate needs for a reliable service, on-time pickups, black on black late model sedans and experienced drivers to provide your executives a professional and stress free eviroment while performing your company’s road shows.

Setting up a corporate account is very, very easy and simple. All you will need is a corporate credit card (even in the event of monthly invoices setup) to link to your account and create a profile. Once your profile/account has been created, your account is 100% usable and online manageable giving you a 24/7 online access.

Corporate discounts are available based on monthly usage. To qualify for corporate discounts, your company must have a monthly usage of $2,500.00 dollars or more. The higer the volume, the higher the discount (up to 20%).

To create an account profile you must log onto “Corporate/Frequent Travelers” and follow the straight forward given directions step by step. To add passengers, you must login after your account has been created and click on the add new passengers link.

You will be asked for a billing contact details and to you will need to create your username/password (case sensitive) which you will use every time you want to book a reservation online, check usage or billing history, manage/edit your account preferences, add authorized passengers, etc…

A credit card authorization form must be completed and sent either send via fax or E-mail once you have created your account (the credit card on file will be used as a backup only should you choose the billing option). There is no application to be completed whatsoever and after we have received your faxed credit card authorization form, your account is ready to be used in any of our nationwide service areas (Atlanta – Boston – Canada – Chicago – Connecticut – Dallas – Detroit – Ft Lauderdale – Houston – Las Vegas – Los Angeles – Long Beach – Miami – New York – New Jersey – North Carolina – Oakland – Orlando – Pennsylvania – Phoenix – San Diego – San Francisco – Washington, DC and West Palm Beach).
