Short/Late notice & within 48 hours cancellation requests will have a variable fee based on how short of a notice the request is received
(see Short/Late notice charge schedule below).

Minimum cancellation fee

$25.00 cancellation fee once your “future” reservation has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent to you according to our system’s email log.
Note: due diligence on your part is required by providing a correct email address and checking your inbox/junk/spam folder. You must review and verify that all vital information contained within your trip confirmation is accurate paying special attention (but not limited) to: Pickup date & time, Flight number, Pickup/Drop-off Locations and Contact mobile phone number.

When cancelling with less than two hours, the cancellation fee could be up to the full reservation amount.
No-shows or cancellations while the car is on-location (or has been dispatched to the pickup location), are subject to a full charge.
